With microdosing you’re taking such a small amount it’s likely that you won’t feel anything physically. You will be able to work and go about your life as normal. Microdosing works by helping you slow down and stay present in the moment, along with setting a daily intention, so that you can start to witness your patterns, blindspots and thought processes. It also increases neuroplasticity which is what helps your brain create change.

Depending on the source, your magic medicine may come in a variety of ways. Oftentimes, a powder is the easiest to work with so you can control how much you take. It's easy to measure your dosage and then place it in some water, tea, or simply eat as is. It’s all up to your own preference. These are all things we help you with inside of the program!
